WP 2 – State of the Art Scan of the European Security

The work starts with a state of the art scan of security and security research in 12 EU member states and in the global context to provide a common basis and food for thought for the participatory foresight process. The purpose of this work package is to establish the state of the art on national, European and global level security as well as on security research. Stakeholders are to be identified in the fields of research, governments, private sector and civil society. The overarching objective for this work package is to define a concept for European security.
